Shipping & Returns



Currently we are offing FREE SHIPPING (via UPS/FedEx/LTL - Ground or Freight) on most products over $155.00 to any destination within the contiguous US (lower- 48 States).

Same day shipping on most orders placed by 12pm* - *Orders received by 12pm (EST) are estimated, but not guaranteed, to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on a non-business day will be scheduled to ship on the next business day, or as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

Some items may not have adequate inventory to complete the order, require extra assembly time, or need additional processing, which will not be known until the order is placed. We will try to keep you abreast of any issues that may arise. We will always strive to get your order processed and shipped as soon as possible.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Please allow time for customs clearing on ALL international orders. We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances and delivery delays resulting from customs handling.  Tip - Confirming the accuracy and full spelling of your complete contact information, billing and shipping address will help expedite orders, as well as shipping to a commercial (business) address versus shipping to a residential (house) address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International/export orders: The buyer is responsible for all fees, including: taxes, duty, tariffs, VAT, customs prep and clearing fees, broker fees, etc.

Returns Policy

No items may be returned without a return authorization.

All returns and credits are subject to inspection by All returns must be shipped prepaid. Non defective product must be in original unopened packaging and in resale condition. Any product previously installed is not returnable. Special order items will not be accepted for return. Damaged product due to abuse or installation will not be accepted for return. All returns are subject to a restocking charge manufacturer determined from 18% up to 35%, plus all applicable freight charges, including those incurred with free shipping. Any returned product must be accompanied by an RMA issued by, or will be sent back to you. must be notified of any defective product within 5 business days or it will not be returnable. If defective and over 5 days we replace the defective part under warranty. Any product that qualifies for return must be done within 30 days of delivery.

You must have a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) from us prior to returning the item. When we send this number to you, we will also include the return address.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will send you a RGA and the address to return the items too.  We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
